April 26th at 6:30pm | $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity

Join us for a wine-pairing dinner presented by Chef Steven Howell, featuring wines from California’s Trione Vineyards & Winery! The dinner will be hosted in our private dining room for an intimate evening of food and wine. Reservations are required and are available by calling us at 901.249.3533.

First Course:
Goat Cheese & Pear “Johnny Cake”: zuccini-wrapped scallop | red curry coconut milk
Paired with Trione Vineyards Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc – River Road Ranch

Second Course:
Halibut Pappiote : mushroom | baby carrots | Japanese eggplant | ramps | hazelnut butter
Paired with Trione Vineyards Russian River Valley Chardonnay – River Road Ranch 

Third Course:
Duck Confit Poutine: white truffle oil | curd | aged Parmesan | duck gravy
Paired with Trione Vineyards Russian River Valley unfiltered Pinot Noir – River Road Ranch

Fourth Course:
Venison: espresso & dark cocoa-rubbed | caramelized onion cauliflower puree | smoked poblano pepper pesto | espresso Parmesan crisp
Paired with Trione Vineyards Alexander Valley “Henry’s Blend” (Bordeaux blend) & Trione Vineyards Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon “Block Twenty-One”
